Points to consider when selecting a hotel in Guam and the market price
The most difficult thing to do when traveling to Guam is to choose a hotel, isn’t it?
One of the factors that greatly affects the satisfaction level of your trip is where you stay. Especially in Guam, accessibility and surrounding facilities vary greatly from area to area, so it is very important to gather information in advance.
In general, the “Tumon area ”** is the most popular area for convenient sightseeing, shopping, and beach access.
Although there are some hotels under $135 per night, they are often inconveniently located or have outdated facilities and poor views, so if comfort during your stay is a priority, we recommend staying in the Tumon area.
This time, we stayed at the “Guam Reef Hotel” located in the middle of the Tumon area, and will review the location, facilities, price, and amenities in detail.

Easy access from the airport, only 10 minutes by car. Free parking is available even if you use a rental car. The road from the airport is easy to find, so even late night arrivals are no problem.
Rooms & Facilities
This time we stayed in a standard room without breakfast (about $185/night). The space was comfortable, not too big and not too small.

- The “GUAM” monument on the rotary in front of the lobby is also a popular photo spot.

- Tumon Beach: Direct access to the beach from the back of the hotel (pool)!
